Like most I am saddened by recent events in Paris. Not so easy to proceed as if nothing has changed.
I have lovely memories of my first trip to Europe which was centered around Paris. A beautiful city with great art,wonderful food and chic,smart,sophisticated citizens.I found my old sketchbook with notes on my trip. I noted a few places as well as some of the folks who were very kind to me. Some of the people have passed on but I remember them just the same. Paris stays with you.
